Jacques Lesec

I’m an architect/designer specializing in large format sculpture and custom art installations. My work resides somewhere between the formal disciplines of Art and Architecture, pairing advanced 3D digital design platforms with traditional metal and woodworking techniques in a non-linear workflow. The result is novel concepts that dissolve the boundaries between digital and physical form. TRAINING I earned my Master’s degree from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) in 2012, where I trained in advanced digital modeling platforms and emerging fabrication technologies. During my graduate studies, I worked for two separate LA based design studios – Oyler Wu Collaborative and Poetic Kinetics, participating in several highly published design/build concepts. I now reside and build in downtown Napa.
