Art in the Library: Jacqueline Knell - Opening Reception

As you look at Jacqueline’s oil portraits from a distance, you see the likeness and expression of the individual. Closer inspection reveals the mood. And, finally, a closeup treats you to unlikely colors and brushwork. Just like a new friend…a first impression unfolds into something unpredictable. Jacqueline paints each portrait from a sitting model, never from a photograph.

The opening reception will take place on Friday, January 13 at 6:15 PM.

The exhibit will be available for viewing throughout the month of January.
