August Artist Reception: Jesus- Art Makes Me Feel Good

Jesus is a local student and an aspiring artist. He began to show great interest and ability in the arts early on in kindergarten. Diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder at the age of three and coupled with his limited verbal communication Jesus’ art has not only become a form of communication but a catalyst to finding his passion.

Today, Jesus’ work is that of vibrant colors and a glimpse into how he interprets the world around him. We invite you to his first public display of his artwork and we hope that you too will see why “Art makes me feel good”. ~Jesus
