International Duo: Monica Da Silva & Chad Alger

Monica da Silva and Chad Alger are a Brazilian American duo. Accompanied by Alger on guitar, da Silva sings in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French. She also adds flute and melodica to their arrangements. The duo’s original songs, have been featured in the Golden Globe Award  winning movie ‘Lady Bird’, in the Paramount Network series ‘American Woman’, on the Putumayo World Music compilation ‘Brazilian Beat’, in The 2014 World Cup, in the STARZ  series ‘Vida’, in the Netflix movie ‘The Last  Summer’, and in the 2019 PreFall campaign for Tory Burch.
