Join us at Bothe State Park to see Coast Redwoods in Napa County!
This hike is part of our 3rd Saturday series of hikes.
One of the many things that Bothe-Napa Valley State Park is known for is its redwoods. The park is the farthest inland boundary for Coast Redwoods, one of the tallest species of tree in the world. We will get out of the July heat and walk in the shade along Ritchey Creek. We will stand in redwood groves, hear the babbling of the creek, and learn about the life history of these second growth redwoods of Napa County.
