Learn how to make delicious jackfruit “carnitas” with Chef Lisa Núñez-Hancock. In this cooking demo, participants will learn the culinary tricks of turning jackfruit into delicious “carnitas” tacos, how to make pickled onions, and yummy complimentary salsas. Samples will be provided.
