Artists from any discipline should apply if their practice would benefit from:|

Up to a month-long artist residency in the Everglades National Park (in fully furnished and air-conditioned accommodations)
Financial support through a $4000 fellowship grant
Connection to scientists, researcher, and practitioners working in the Everglades
Opportunities to connect with other AIRIE 2022 Fellows

Public engagement opportunities through AIRIE and Everglades National Park programming, including the annual AIRIE Environment + Art Summit
2022 Fellows will be selected by AIRIE’s National Advisory Committee, a group of highly respected arts leaders and advocates who include: Germane Barnes, Mel Chin, Rev. Houston Cypress, Nasir Dean aka Note Marcato, Blake-Anthony Johnson, Nichole Levy, Larry Ossei-Mensah, Mikhaile Solomon and Amanda Williams. Selections will be made and Fellows confirmed by the end of July 2021.
