Art Logistics Coordinator

Fast paced fine art services company searching for an Art Logistics Coordinator for domestic and international services. Candidate must have the following experience and/or abilities:

Great customer service skills and the ability to work closely with clients
Excellent response time
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
Assist with shipping documentation
Able to work well in a collaborative team environment
Has a background in art, or has worked in a gallery or museum
The ability to organize multiple tasks and priorities with minimum supervision
Excellent oral and written communication skills
The ability to adapt to a changing work environment
Proficiency with MACs, Office 365 and Filemaker
