As the games division of Bad Robot Productions (Lost, Cloverfield, Westworld, Star Wars, Star Trek), we at Bad Robot Games are on a mission to continually reinvent how stories are played.

We are a remote-first games company represented by a diverse team, which empowers us to make the kinds of games in which all players can see themselves. Working closely with our colleagues at Bad Robot Productions, our projects unite our extensive network of games, TV, and film industry talent to create original IPs, expansive worlds and tell new stories across all media platforms which are as fun to watch as they are to play.

Bad Robot Games is looking for an Art Producer who is excited to be crazy impactful within a growing team. We have an opportunity to work alongside some of the most creative artists in the industry, and to enable them to do their best work. We expect you to be great at prioritizing tasks, being self-driven and autonomous, and excited to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Are you ready?



Support the Art Director and art team in the planning, tracking, and delivery of vendor work
Be the bridge  between the Art team’s plans and quality bar with external vendors
Ensure organized delivery of assets and communication between internal, external, and cross-discipline teams.
Be the primary point of contact between the art teams and external vendors.
Negotiate contracts
Coordinate with other departments within Bad Robot Games to ensure the art team has everything they need to be successful
Take notes and log tasks in our task tracking system (JIRA)
Assist the Art Director with future-facing planning for the department

2+ years of art production experience within the games industry, with experience in art outsourcing
At least one published game, ideally through an entire development cycle
Amazing production soft skills: Organized
Detail Oriented
Great at identifying roadblocks and creative problem solving
Communicator extraordinaire
Very comfortable with games industry production pipelines
Very comfortable working in a remote environment, with a remote toolset:GSuite
Comfortable working with external vendors, great “account management” skills
