Call for Artist for Gallery 1855

Gallery 1855 is located at 820 Pole Line Road in Davis, CA.  This non-profit gallery showcases the works of a local artist.

The gallery hosts 12 exhibitions a year. With an Open House on the Second Sunday of the month from 1 pm to 3 pm to meet the Artist. We welcome proposals and entries from Davis, West Sacramento and Clarksburg Artist year-round.

How to apply: Apply by describing your work and the concept for the exhibition.  Include an artist bio/resume, artist statement, and five prints or images of your work (jpeg format, 300 pixels/inch, no larger than 2400 pixels in either dimension). Be sure to include information about each work, such as title, medium, and size.

The Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent meet once a month to make selections. You can expect a response within one month.
