ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Creative Director while utilizing own artistic ability and creativity to help create high-quality art products in various assigned product categories
• Help prepare and follow-through with layouts, sketches, and mock-ups to develop new product concepts as needed by the Creative team
• Communicate clear art specification and directions to Production and Product Development teams, to ensure accurate execution of concepts and products
• Liaise with Licensing partners to communicate feedback, handle approval process, and ensure high-quality and timely delivery of designs
• Organize and manage online and offline art and material assets for the Creative department
• Assist and help prepare photography and presentation tools for sales materials and key meetings
• Research and keep current with trends in design, illustration, color, and product innovation, as well as other market trends
• Deliver administrative support as needed

Experience Required:
 2-4 years experience as Designer or Junior Art Director in related industry
 Strong project management and organizational skills are necessary
 Solid knowledge of pre-production and 4-color printing
 Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office software skills on Mac required
