The Graphic Designer is responsible for management and completion of assorted design projects, under the guidance and direction of the Senior Director of Business Development, following in-line with the Bounty Hunter voice and style guide. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of creative & production projects, taking direction from both written and spoken ideas, and converting them seamlessly into images, layouts, and concepts.

The Graphic Designer will lead the overall concepting and design of catalog development with the goal of increasing attractiveness and conversion of new customers while providing a user experience that elicits higher conversion of sales.

Responsibilities And Duties

Oversee the production and distribution of all client facing materials (digital, print, etc.) for consistency, quality and adherence to the Bounty Hunter brand book.
Develop catalog design to attract new customers and to meet or exceed revenue and gross profit goals.
Concepting/storyboarding, layout, typesetting & image preparation for quarterly print and e-catalogs
On location support and management of photography shoots
Management/organization of all graphic/photographic assets used for promotion and content
Daily email marketing and online content/marketing design support
Print-based inserts & collateral including but not limited to restaurant, retail and direct marketing materials
Work directly with Customer Acquisition team, developing collateral & support graphics
Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Specific Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Graphic Design, or Marketing related discipline

4+ years of experience in professional commercial design/print/packaging environments

Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite. Most importantly Illustrator, InDesign, & Photoshop

Experience with both electronic and print design/development

Basic color theory knowledge & application across multiple mediums

Efficient project multi-tasking: Ability to work on many projects within different timelines

Photography experience & understanding preferred (studio & on-location)

Basic HMTL, Web Development, And Networking Experience Preferred

Comfortable within a fast-paced, team-based environment

Adaptive eye for design and excellent communication skills

Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients
