Penrose Hill is building the most customer centric wine company. Collaborating with famed winemakers and sourcing from vineyards around the globe, our wines have won over a thousand awards, including multiple 95+ point scores, Best in Show, and Winery of the Year. As the world’s first data-first winery, we’re part of the wine business from grape to glass: not just making the wines but getting it directly into the hands of customers. Our largest and most profitable distribution channel is our wine club business, Firstleaf, which uses algorithmic technology to match the perfect wine selections to each customer based on their preferences and ratings.

We are looking for a proactive and driven Production Designer to join and support our Creative Operations team. This role reports directly to the VP of Creative Operations and would be directly responsible for all aspects of design production, print and online collateral, and other ad hoc requests. These projects include but are not limited to design/content iteration, version control, print ready file preparation, press proof accuracy, and archival of between 15-30 wine brands per month in a truly fast paced environment. This role focuses primarily on planned production with a small opportunity to concept and design based on consumer insight and member data.
The ideal candidate would be a proactive communicator, meticulous and detail oriented, efficient and organized across multiple systems and online platforms. We are a small team so this role would need to work well in a tight knit group but also be able to work independently with minimal supervision. We move quickly and priorities can shift rapidly, this requires the person to be adaptable and ready to solve a new challenge with a positive attitude.
