Partner with UX and UI designers to ensure consistency across all consumer and artist touchpoints (and beyond)
Provide art direction for multiple cross-functional campaigns and projects, including social, paid acquisition, email, web product, and localization
Strengthen and evolve the design language of the Redbubble brand
Translate strategies into compelling and innovative creative that engage our customers and artists
Prioritize and lead projects in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
Provide guidance for a team of visual designers

A comprehensive portfolio of super fun work for a variety of brands
Experience working on branding and/or re-branding a company
A proven track record working on (and being passionate about) digital platforms and emerging social channels
Extensive photo and video shoot experience
Some of what you'd come to expect when you join the RB family:Meaningful work that allows you to contribute to a mission you believe in
A safe and supportive place to continue to grow and hone your craft
A diverse and inclusive work environment where you can connect with colleagues from around the world
Generous paid vacation, sick leave, flexible work arrangements, and parental leave programs
An opportunity to give back through community volunteer events and corporate partnerships like Code Like a Girl
