The Napa Valley Film Festival organizers seek a highly organized, energetic, disciplined, and fun-loving leader to manage the film festival volunteers. Must be a “people person” who can exercise patience and diplomacy in work directly with a variety of personalities throughout the process of recruiting, scheduling and managing volunteers.
Must live locally to Napa/Sonoma or within reasonable commuting distance.
Must have good knowledge of Napa Valley geography, roads, general layout of towns and major establishments.
Must be proficient in and have experience with the following tools: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Basic database experience/understanding (Smartphone and Tablet knowledge is a plus, Shiftboard experience is a major plus)
Must have and be willing to use a personal computer.
Must have own vehicle and be willing to travel around Napa Valley for site visits and on-site trainings.
