Nestled in the heart of Napa Valley,the CIA at Greystone offers degree and certificate programs in culinary arts, baking & pastry arts, and wine education. We also welcome food and wine enthusiasts in Boot Camps, weekend food and wine classes, in our Spice Islands Marketplace, and in our three restaurants.
