Food Truck: Phat Salads & Wraps
Phat Salads and Wraps was the first non-taco food truck to open in Napa more than 12 years ago. When the business was listed for sale in 2018, it was a no brainer for Chef, and now owner Tim. In addition to maintaining the beloved menu, Tim is using his extensive restaurant and catering experience to bring new facets to the business including: specialty menu items, small bites, boxed lunches, event planning and custom meals for all occasions. It is with great satisfaction that we continue the PHAT (Pretty Health And Tasty) tradition of a healthy alternative to fast food.

Band: Roem Baur
ROEM (Roem Baur,) is a multiple award-winning singer and touring songwriter from San Francisco. Recognized by a worldwide fanbase from appearances on season 7 of NBC’s The Voice, playing the main stage at Super Bowl 50 celebrations, official SXSW & CES conferences, and tours in Canada, Netherlands, Germany, England, Zimbabwe, Africa to name a few. After college and a brief stint as a professional stage actor, Baur answered the call of rock n’ roll. That call, which began with just a voice and an acoustic guitar in humble living rooms, cafes, and small clubs, quickly grew to forming a band, and through a chance encounter, releasing his first studio EP with GRAMMY nominated producer, Damien Lewis (Rihanna, Janelle Monae, Katy Perry).
