Food Truck: Sticky Business Barbeque
After graduating from the California Culinary Academy in 2003, Chef Tedd worked at some of the best restaurant. After graduating from the California Culinary Academy in 2003, Chef Tedd worked at some of the best restaurants in Northern California. In 2016 Chef Tedd decided to pursue his passion for barbeque and started studying the craft of smoked meats. Taking the time to go to Texas and spend a week visiting different barbeque institutions and taking a class at Stiles Switch Bbq in Austin TX. He followed that up with trips to St Louis MO. and Kansas City MO. Tedd also spent time working locally with Pit master Rob Zavatero at Beaver Creek Smokehouse in Martinez CA. Sticky Business is a pursuit of passion based on over 10 years of culinary expertise in savory, baking and pastry. This adds a unique perspective and ability to fine tune the flavor of Sticky Business Barbeque.

By working with local purveyors and vendors Chef Tedd is able to deliver not only great flavor but highlights the best ingredients from start to finish. Sticky business is a must experience if you love barbeque.

Band: Buck Nickels and Loose Change
Country music is alive and well and continuing to grow in popularity in the Bay Area. And this makes Marin County artists Buck Nickels and Loose Change quite happy. Buck Nickels and Loose Change are comprised of Buck Nickels on guitar and vocals; Larry Cragg (who toured with Neil Young for over 30 years) on pedal steel and vocals; “Rawhide” Ross Perry on bass and vocals; and Craig “CC” Dawson on drums and vocals. The majority of the band’s songs are self-penned originals by Buck. Their most recent album, Black Point Cutoff, was named one of the top 10 Marin County albums of the year!
