Food Truck: Di Filippo Wood Fired Pizza
Previously the pastry chef for the Ritz Carlton hotel in Phoenix and at Auberge du Soleil and pastry chef instructor at the Culinary Institute of America. I spent 7 years developing an artisanal style pizza dough relying only on a starter to ferment the dough. With local farmers market, ranchers and cheese producers available, the carefully crafted pizza toppings complemented my naturally leavened pizza dough. Pizzas are baked in the 850 degree wood fired oven is a custom built trailer. The result are an artisan pizza with the right amount of char, texture and quality toppings. The San Marzano plum tomatoes, locally produced Hobbs pepperoni, house-made Italian sausage and farmers market veggies, imported and local cheese are used and the love is 100% Italian.

Band: Monica da Silva and Chad Alge
Monica da Silva and Chad Alger are a Brazilian American duo, who collaborate in life, love and music. Their nostalgic, breezy sound is greatly inspired by Bossa Nova, and the music of the 1960s. Accompanied by Chad on guitar, Monica sings in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French. She also plays the flute and melodica. The duo’s original songs have been featured in the Golden Globe Award winning movie ‘Lady Bird’, on the Putumayo World Music compilation ‘Brazilian Beat’, in The 2014 FIFA World Cup, and in the 2019 campaign for the American fashion label Tory Burch.
