Wood Worker/Fabricator

Our composites manufacturing company in American Canyon, CA is looking for skilled, highly motivated Wood worker/Fabricator applicants to help advance our operation. Work includes fabricating sculptures for artists, architectural facades and other unique one of a kind projects using fiberglass, wood and steel.

Requirements:

Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
Take and read measurements to plan layout and procedures.
Experience with the handling of table saws, hand/power tools etc.
Strong team player with a great attitude.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and spend all day on feet in a shop environment.
Ability to take direction well and aiming to deliver timely and efficient service.
*Qualifications:

Previous experience in wood working a must.
Experienced shop oriented crafts-person that enjoys making things and working with hands.
Attention to detail and ability to self-inspect work to ensure minimal quality defects.
We are looking for an individual who has an eye for quality and is willing to learn.
Must be dependable and have excellent attendance.
Previous experience in fiberglass fabrication a plus.
