What We Need :

Visual Concepts Entertainment (2K Sports), the developers of critically acclaimed NBA2K video game franchise is seeking an experienced UI / UX Artist with a focus on 3D graphics and graphic design to join our talented NBA Team in Novato, California.

What You Will Do :

Work closely with team of UI Artists, programmers, and game designers
Rapid prototype or conceptualize mockups for visual clarity and communication
Help problem solve technical hurdles of tools and improve our pipelines
Communicate and collaborate with peers to create an authentic basketball experience
Help playtest the game and improve on user experience
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit :

At least a BA Education in Graphic or Motion Design discipline
Minimum 3 Years as a professional UI Designer or employed at creative agency
Proficient in Adobe CC Suite (PSD, AI, AEFX)
Comfortable working in a 3D app (Maya, C4D, etc.)
Demonstrate experience in interactive or motion design through your portfolio / reel
Craft UI elements with an emphasis in modularity
Can type 60wpm (we use Slack a lot)
A strong work ethic is essential willing to go the extra mile to meet a deadline and to create exceptional work
Extra Credit :

Game industry experience
Is an avid gamer. We make games and we also play them
