#What’s the role?

If you have a passion for art direction, digital design, and storytelling, we have an opportunity for you! We will trust you to create or curate relevant, engaging, and striking visuals and campaigns with specialized experience in social media and storytelling in this role.

#What will you do?

Contribute to creative strategies and briefs for digital content and campaigns.
Source, create, and curate high-quality content (e.g., photography, memes, GIFs, videos).
Create layouts and graphics for initiatives, campaigns, and content for channel-specific best practices and compliance.
Collaborate with creative team members to develop and produce practical conceptual ideas as part of integrated digital campaigns.
Conduct thorough research on the neighborhoods and communities where our projects are located.
Immerse yourself within the clients, briefs, and target audiences to create compelling copy and campaigns.
What will set you up for success?

3+ years of art direction and social media experience
1-5 years experience in a design, marketing, or communications-related field
Deep passion for storytelling and understanding of social media, including creation and curation of evergreen, organic, and paid
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of modern graphic design software, including products such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Meticulous attention to detail and aesthetics
High degree of initiative, drive, energy, accountability, creativity, and maturity
Self-starter and team player
