Sarah Barnard Design is seeking artwork to purchase for a residential interior design project. Established and emerging artists alike are encouraged to submit!

About the Project

Artwork is needed for a family room and a guest room in a light and breezy Southern California condo overlooking the ocean. Each room has floor to ceiling windows that offer sweeping ocean views, and a color palette of primarily neutrals and natural materials. Both spaces are exposed to a lot of light.

Submission Guidelines and Requirements

We are seeking lightfast artwork of any media. No custom commissions or ephemeral works such as paper sculptures.

Artist may submit up to 5 artworks total
Artists may include up to 3 images per artwork
Artwork must be ready to hang
Artwork must be a minimum of 18″ x 18″ and maximum of 48″ x 48″
Include dimensions, materials, and selling price in your submission for each piece
Images of artwork must be in JPEG format
Include information regarding the lightfastness of the work
There is no submission fee.

How to Apply

Submit the requested materials via email with the subject line “Art Submission for SBD” to courtney@sarahbarnard.com.

Materials must be received by Sunday August 8th by 5pm PST.

Artists will be notified by August 31st.
