We’re recruiting for an experienced Manager of Illustration and Lettering to join the team in our Napa, California office.

General Summary

The Illustration and Lettering Manager is responsible for creating original art content that supports the creative development and product needs for Papyrus. The individual must be highly creative and has the ability to stretch new ideas and embrace innovation. The Illustration and Lettering Manager must have the skillset to illustrate, support and inspire creative solutions that meet the brand aesthetic. S/he must strive for new techniques and styles in order to evolve and move the brand forward. This position manages an internal team of Illustrators, Graphic Designer and Design Specialist to deliver illustration, lettering and design solutions for Papyrus and Licensing programs. S/he will work closely with Creative team and synthesizes information from different resources in order to provide art and design content that help guide the team in development efforts. The Illustration and Lettering Manager’s role requires balancing multiple priorities against a constrained set of resources to achieve successful creative outcomes.
