Yountville Arts Call for Musicians

Nestled in the heart of the Napa Valley among vineyards between the Mayacamas Mountains and the Napa River, the Town of Yountville, in Northern California is a community that cares about its citizens, businesses and visitors, as such, we host to a variety of exciting events throughout the year.

The 10th Annual Art, Sip and Stroll Event is planned for Saturday, May 21, 2022 from 11 AM – 5 PM. This event is the largest visual arts event in the Napa Valley. Held annually, this outdoor event attracts 3,500-5,000 visitors to enjoy over 60 artists, 15 wineries, foods trucks and live music. There are four sites for musicians to perform during the event in two timeslots; 11 AM – 1:30 PM and 2 PM – 4:30 PM. Providing background music to enhance the event, solo or duo singer/songwriters are encouraged to apply. Chairs, a shade umbrella, access to power and cold waters are provided. Artists should be prepared to provide original music, and everything else needed for a successful day. Compensation is $300 per time slot and artists are able to play both slots if interested as well as display and sell their own merch.

The Summer Music in the Park series is now in its 9th year. It takes places on alternating Sundays from 5 – 7 PM in June, July, August and September at our Veterans Memorial Park Amphitheater. Along with a featured food truck and winery partners, artists can expect a crowd of 250-400 people at each event. There are six dates to choose from and compensation is offered at $600 for each event. A 20 x 10’ shade tent, but it can be warm and depending on the time of day, direct sun may be unavoidable in certain portions of the stage area. We offer an event MC, as well as access to power and cold waters. Artists should be prepared to provide everything else needed for a successful concert. Family friendly bands of all sizes and genre’s are encouraged to apply.
