Peter Scaturro

I am an Abstract Expressionist painter and teacher with an MFA. My paintings are exploratory and evolutionary. They express the inner necessity to visualize my true nature that is in constant growth. I have practiced meditation for many years and it is integral to my work. The unique beauty of many of my paintings are enjoyed in private and museum collections. The color pallet alone in my work has a wide range from boldly colorful to warm and cool grays. I enjoy sharing my insight into the creative process with you at my studio in Napa. The Palace of the Legion of Honor Museum/ Achenbach Collection acquired a pen and ink drawing of mine in 2017. The Museo ItaloAmericano in San Francisco has 2 paintings and a sculpture in their notable collection. You are warmly invited to contact me.
