I have about 40 years of experience in broadcasting, theatre arts, and public affairs. Writing is my foremost skill, and I am comfortable in many styles. I am a produced playwright of short and full-length pieces, a director, actor, and scenic designer for theatre. My broadcast background includes programming music and news/talk formats, and I have produced and hosted more than 15,000 hours of live radio. For various public agencies I have developed web content, newsletters, and other outreach materials.
Napa Valley has been my home since 1986, after leaving the Midwest where I was raised and worked early in my radio career. I have been involved in the civic life in Napa several decades now.
