Katherine Zimmer

I am a photographic artist, watercolor painter, creativity coach and creativity workshop facilitator. The choice to express my creativity with photographic imagery provides me with a way to share my passion, gratitude, and vision for life with others. Daily life makes it hard to be present sometimes, so when something strikes me, I try to take a moment, contemplate it, and record it as an image for my art. I love the idea of always being “in the middle of somewhere” and creating art from where I stand. My creativity coaching and workshops are based in the methodology of Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching™. KMCC is a unique approach to coaching that uses a non-linear (aka fun!) flow, empowering questions, messy (imperfect) exercises, small steps and wonderful, well-tested tools that honor the creative process and help you to move through common creative blocks such as self-doubt, procrastination, perfectionism, fear, and overwhelm. Uncovering where you’re at now and what you direction you’d like to move into. I am currently showing and selling my art at the Art Gallery Napa Valley at 1307 First Street and I’m on the board of the Art Association Napa Valley.
