Marcio Decker
Brazilian-American artist Marcio Decker studied painting and design at UFSM, Brazil where he found his passion for abstraction, architecture, and the creative process. In the early 2000’s, his artistic journey brought him to Lake Tahoe where he currently resides, painting and creating mixed media works and directing his interior design firm. Decker earned a Master in Fine art degree from Academy of Art in San Francisco in 2016. Decker was awarded the 1st Prize in Mixed Media category at the XI Florence Biennale in Italy in 2017.
