MORRIE WARSHAWSKI started making art as a teenager then abandoned it for 50 years before taking art classes again in his 70s at Napa Valley College. Since then his paintings, drawings, and book objects have been exhibited at: Art Works Gallery 1337, San Rafael Arts Benecia Contuit Center for the Arts, Cape Cod Gallery 263, Cambridge, MA Museum of Modern Art/Franklin Furnace Archive New Langton Arts, San Francisco Northwind Art Gallery, Port Townsend Santa Paula Art Museum, CA Webster Arts Center, Missouri Morrie’s work as a poet and visual artist is imbued with the qualities of: Surprise Joy Serendipity Thoughtfulness “‘Beauty is truth, truth beauty,’ – that is all ye know on earth, and all ye need to know.” — John Keats
