After playing to a capacity audience at CrossWalk Church on October 1, Napa Valley Chamber Orchestra is preparing to delight our patrons with our Winter Concert, featuring works by JS Bach, GF Handel, John Ireland and WA Mozart. This festive concert will be at the Dining Hall of Justin-Siena High School in Napa. All our concerts are free to the public, and donations are welcomed. Our 20 member string ensemble is in its 3rd season of providing free Classical concerts in a variety of Napa Valley locations. We are the only community orchestra in the Napa Valley for resident musicians and audiences. Concertmaster Matthew Vincent, distinguished Oakland Symphony violinist, leads the ensemble and provides artistic leadership. For this concert we are joined by noted harpsichordist Violet Grgich, who performed with us on the 2022-2023 season and is back by popular demand to add her sparkling sound to our string sonorities.
