ABOUT THE ROLE
The Art Director is responsible for crafting Uniform’s brand identity, creating a consistent and strong visual identity for Uniform.
You will establish the creative best practice, spin up campaign ideas that are original and on-brand, while ensuring they hit our performance goals.
You have a strong point of view on what’s next and understand how to impact culture by articulating the essence of brand through design.
You are a champion of visual design and creative practice, and have a clear voice within the design community. Come shape the brand and invent innovative ways to introduce people to Uniform.
This role will report into our VP of Marketing.
HOW YOU’LL HAVE IMPACT
Responsible for establishing and cultivating original visual standards, providing recommendations to elevate the overall quality of design work.
Develop the style guides for Uniform.
Set up the expectations and standards for the creative team attitude, behavior, and teamwork.
Excellent conceptual and visual design skills
Provide hands-on team leadership in the execution of creative projects from starting point through execution
Collaborate with writers, designers, project managers, and vendors to obtain exceptional results.
Create the look and feel of our creative assets including web, social, video, print, and packaging.
Oversee and develop the design of our Clinics.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
An understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
Ability to clearly articulate why specific creative decisions were made to stakeholders
Ability to work on multiple projects, manage time efficiently, and effectively implement creative
